Amusement/Theme Park:
Bonfante Gardens Theme Park; Gilroy, CA
A central focal lake (Coyote Lake) has several surrounding amusement rides and thirty-foot (30') high, majestic waterfalls, with 30,000 gallons per minute (gpm) of total flow. A large gravel bed biological filter and aeration/ozonation system keeps the water clear. We designed several other ponds, waterfalls, and streams for the park's rides and amenities, including:

Public Cultural Center:
The Music Center; Los Angeles, CA
A renovation to improve the water quality and circulation of two classical mirror-image ponds that flank the famous Mark Taper Forum, in downtown Los Angeles.
Public Gardens/Conservancy:
Descanso Gardens; La Canada; Flintridge, CA
A small pond, with a long stream and upper ponds hillside system flowing into it. A pump/circulation system with gravel bed biological filter, and ozone system are included.
State Parks/Historical Landmarks:
Hearst Castle; San Simeon, CA
A renovation of the "Hello Fountain", which greets tens of thousands of visitors annually, upon the commencement of their tours.
Commercial/Shopping Centers:
Carlsbad Village Fountain; Carlsbad, CA
This fountain is the centerpiece of a large complex of specialty stores and shops, restaurants, and businesses.
Fullerton Metro Center; Fullerton, CA
This fountain is at the corner of two major streets, highlighting a shopping center of restaurants and specialty shops.
Restaurant:
Apple Farm Restaurant; San Luis Obispo, CA
Ponds and waterfalls, interfacing with a large waterwheel, this water feature is nestled with a Millhouse gift shop and beautiful landscaping.
Business/Professional Parks:
Central Coast Professional Park (Betteravia Government Center); Santa Maria, CA
A one (1) acre ornamental lake, with pumping/circulation systems, gravel bed biological filter, and aeration/ozone system
Santa Rosa Corporate Park ; Santa Rosa, CA
A renovation of several ponds, streams, and waterfalls, which greatly improved water quality and clarity; as well as increasing water flows and the aesthetic qualities.
Medical Office:
Dr. Donald Holm Koi Pond; Cypress, CA
This renovation design, for an existing koi pond at a dentist's office, involved the complete refurbishing of a pump/hydraulics system, in order to enable complete filtration by, and backwashing of, a gravel bed biological filter. At the time of this installation, the pond contained approximately one hundred (100) large adult koi. The system maintains a virtually crystal clear water quality condition.
Private Residences/Estates:
Mariposa Estate; Santa Barbara, CA
A two (2) acre lake, with streams and waterfalls flowing at several thousand g.p.m., and fountain jets attaining approximately forty feet (40') in height. The system includes gravel bed biological filters and an aeration/ozone system.
Knapp Residence; Bel Air, CA
A network of several reflection ponds within the inner courtyard of a palatial mansion.
