Coronado Shores; Coronado, CA
A renovation of an existing network of ponds and waterfalls; located in an exclusive condominium and resort complex, adjacent to the famous Hotel del Coronado. The renovation included the waterproofing of a problematic, leaking pond shell, as well as the addition of new waterfalls, increased water flow for the existing, enhanced waterfalls, and improved water circulation, water quality and clarity. New pump systems, aeration and ozone systems were designed and installed.

Enclave Mountain Estates; La Quinta, CA
A major renovation of existing ponds and waterfalls, which improved the waterfall flows and water circulation; as well as the water quality and clarity. A prominent lighting system was also designed and installed; which beautifully displays the waterfalls at night.

Vista del Lago Apartments; Costa Mesa, CA
A renovation of an existing two (2) acre lake, with a pump/circulation system, and aeration/ozone systems. The pump system includes several skimmer box intakes; which removed the existing lake surface debris in two (2) days. the debris, largely composed of thousands of duck feathers, had previously been an unsightly problem for over twenty (20) years. the system has been continuously and automatically removing debris since its installation.

Several waterfalls and upper ponds flow into the lower lake, peacefully flowing among the units.
